Sculpture
T Barny has worked with a large variety of materials, including stone, bronze, wood, steel, water and ice. His passion lies in carving with stone from all corners of the world. As of August 8, 2016, he has completed works in 200 types of stone sourced from 43 individual countries. T Barny has a selection of bronze limited editions in a range of three patina colors he formulated himself. The pieces in the bronze collection define his style of work, presenting stone sculptures transformed into a different medium. As they are not made from clay, plaster, or wax models, T Barny's work in bronze shares the integrity of the original stone form in a different material and color palette.
Specific size and stone pieces are regularly commissioned by the artist, T Barny. He has carved site specific pieces for individual and corporate spaces, including Dow Jones, Inc, Sonoma State University, Kendall Jackson Wine Estates, McDonald's Corp., Microsoft, Heller First Capital Corp., PepsiCo, as well as a large variety of others.
